Sara Rasmussen Esq.

Sara Rasmussen is the founder of Rasmussen Law, LLC, where she represents individuals, families, and businesses throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Her practice encompasses residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, probate and estate administration, and business and commercial law. With a strong foundation in transactional law and a practical understanding of the legal and financial considerations involved in each matter, Sara provides strategic counsel focused on protecting her clients’ interests and achieving their objectives.

 

Sara earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, magna cum laude. She began her legal career in civil litigation and landlord–tenant matters before focusing her practice on transactional law. Her background in both litigation and transactional matters provides a valuable perspective, allowing her to anticipate potential challenges, navigate complex legal issues, and approach each transaction with precision and sound judgment.

 

In addition to her legal practice, Sara serves as an adjunct professor at Bristol Community College, where she teaches Real Estate Law in the Paralegal Studies program. She brings her practical experience into the classroom, helping students develop an understanding of the legal principles and real-world considerations that shape the practice of real estate law.

 

Outside of her legal practice, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and has a lifelong passion for dance. A former professional dancer, she owned and operated a dance studio for more than 15 years.
